This program is a full-day immersive 5 week program that runs from May 5-June 6. In this program, we will exploring the basic principles of cooking from scratch.  We will work on basic knife skills, breakfast cookery, baking, vegetables, starches and entrees. This sampler is an excellent introduction to the SD33 District Professional Cook 1 Program offered by Vancouver Community College at Imagine High.

APPLICATIONS CLOSE ON MARCH 10 at noon and can be submitted to the Welcome Center. Students must be on track to succeed in their core courses prior to acceptance. There are a limited number of seats in this program and students selected will be notified by March 14.
